Refund & Cancellation Policy

Direct administrative charges levied by partner Banks and NBFCs (such as bank administrative processing fees, advocate legal title search charges, chartered valuer property appraisal fees, or CIBIL verification charges) are payable directly to the respective lending bank. These fees are determined by the respective bank's schedule of charges and are non-refundable once valuation or legal scrutiny has commenced.

An applicant is free to withdraw or cancel their loan application at any stage prior to signing the final loan agreement with the partner bank. There is no cancellation penalty or exit fee charged by Financier Buzz.
