1. Agreement to Terms

2. Advisory Scope & Facilitation Role
Financier Buzz Consultancy Services functions as an authorized Direct Selling Associate (DSA) and Lending Service Provider (LSP). We are NOT a bank, NBFC, or direct lender. We do not issue loans directly from our balance sheet.
Our role is restricted to aggregating financial information, calculating preliminary eligibility estimates, presenting comparative market options, and assisting in document collection for submission to RBI-regulated financial institutions.
3. User Representations & Accurate Information
When submitting forms or using financial tools on our platform, you warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract.
- All information, salary statements, identity proofs, and asset valuations provided by you are accurate, genuine, and current.
- Providing falsified documents or misrepresenting employment details constitutes financial fraud punishable under the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
4. No Guarantee of Sanction or Interest Rates
Sanction Discretion: The final approval, sanction limit, interest rate, processing fee, and disbursement timeline are at the sole, absolute discretion of the respective partner Bank or NBFC under their internal credit underwriting policies. Financier Buzz makes no warranties or guarantees regarding guaranteed loan sanctions.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, calculators, software engines, design trademarks, icons, and texts on this website are the intellectual property of Financier Buzz Consultancy Services and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
